1-leg squat 12/18 each side X 3
pec fly (incline) 8/80, 12/70, 15/50
concentration curl 10/25, 12/20, 12/20 each side
stability ball crunch 25 X 3
(Done as alternating sets)
--10 minute treadmill
Total workout time: 1 hr. 21 min. (30 cardio, 51 resistance)
The next couple of days need to be light because on Monday we start our big 16 week program.
