Today's workout:

Shoveling snow - 55 minutes at 10am.
Shoveling snow - 35 minutes at 4:30pm.

Kettlebell circuit - very fast paced and aerobic:

2 hand kettlebell swing 15 lb/15 reps
1 kb racked squat 20 lb/10 each side
1 arm kb row 20 lb/12 each side
2 hand kettlebell swing 15 lb/15 reps
suitcase deadlift 2-20 lb/15 reps
kb chest press 2-20 lb/15 reps
2 hand kettlebell swing 15 lb/15 reps
alternating lunges 20 lb/10 reps each side
1 arm 1 kb military press 15 lb/12 reps each side
2 hand kettlebell swing 15 lb/15 reps
side lunges 15 lb/10 reps each side
windmill (low) 15 lb/10 reps each side
REPEAT THIS WHOLE THING FOR A TOTAL OF 3 CIRCUITS

kettlebell crunch on stability ball 20 lb/20 reps
Russian twist 15 lb/15 sets
get up-sit up 15 lb/10 each side
bird dog 10 each side
REPEAT FOR TWO SETS

TOTAL TIME: 46 minutes
